I hate working out, and I've been making an effort to overhaul my diet. I don't (usually) feel like I'm missing anything (except for the occasional almost overwhelming desire to face plant into a big plate of cheese fries...), and I'm feeling good, so #2!

Do you want to know which is actually better, or which we would really do? Because while in reality I know that working out doesn't really make up for horribly unhealthy food...my taste buds and stomach really don't usually care. Haha!

I voted the first one because working out makes me stronger and more fit. Even if I'm still eating the same bad meals afterwards.
