I don't have a lot of feedback on specific ones, but I would recommend whichever one has less pieces to clean

I would get the PISA or Spectra. I had both and liked them both- roughly same output.
Spectra- quieter, fairly comfortable
PISA- smaller body, parts available at BRU and Target (helpful if you forget your parts and are working)

I had both a Spectra and a PISA and I highly recommend the Spectra. So much quieter, I got more output, and the timer is really nice.

Spectra, hands down. Plus you can use Medela parts with a tiny adaptor from Amazon.

I had both the Hygeia Enjoye (with my 1st) and the Spectra S2 (with my 2nd). I loved them both. They were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend the Spectra. I was and exclusive pumper with both, so I did a lot of pumping. The Spectra is great. Tons of power, great battery life, gentle, comfortable, great output, super quiet.

The Spectra was a huge improvement over the Medela for me. I’m not sure how Ameda is even in business anymore—such an awful pump.

No recommendation, but I hated my Ameda, so I'd stay away from that one.

Spectra! I have the Spectra S2.
I've had Ameda in the past, and although I made it work, it really is not a great pump. I definitely would not recommend it.

I had the PISA for my first and the Spectra S2 for my second and I preferred the Spectra S2.

Do you already have a pump? If so, I'd aim for a new pump that could share parts with the one you own currently. I had a similar selection to yours, and ultimately chose a PISA because I already had one and was happy enough with it not to rock the boat. It made things so much easier that I could swap cords, flanges, bottles, etc.between the two.
