I'm being incredibly indecisive and need some outside input.

I currently pump twice at work; at 10a and 3pm. Then I pump before bed around 930/1000. Which means I'm not usually in bed till 11p and up for the day by 5/530a.

DD2 is turning 1 in two weeks and I'm planning on dropping one session initially. It's either drop a work session and change to pumping once during my lunch break. Or dropping the before bed session. I would love to be able to get more overnight sleep! But being able to get back 20-30 minutes during the work day would be nice too!

Which session would you drop?
