It's a different kind of love. As much as I want to say both equally, it's a given we love our son more than each other. It's a unspoken given. Well in our case anyway.

It definitely is a different kind of love, but I lean slightly more towards my baby. Husband says he loves me more than the baby, but who knows if he really does?

On the one hand, my husband...because I choose to love him. On the other hand, as my sister once asked, "quick, your baby and your husband are about to get hit by a bus and you can only save one...". I'd save my baby.

Gotta be the baby. I put my husband first when it comes to relationships but there's something about the unconditional love you have for a child that can't be compared.

Oh gosh, this is hard. I like Corn's (can I call you Corn?) question as a way to think about it. If given time to think it out, I might choose to save the baby (preservation of the next generation, what my husband would want, etc), but in a split second I might save him.

i'd die for both of them, but if i had to choose one, will probably be the baby.

For me, it is a different kind of love. I love my husband because he is my soul mate, he understands me in a way no one else on this earth does. We've overcome huge obstacles to be together.
I love my son in a completely different way. I love him for his innocence and the promise of the future.

we discussed this when we were pregnant that we will love each other first but I have to say honestly that I love my son more. maybe when my son stops being a baby it will equal out...

I love my husband more but "care" about my baby more. I guess it's because my baby is still so little...Ask me again in a few years.
