Has it ever been different?
Currently I do drop-off and he does pick-up. Once he finds a job, I'll probably do both for a while. Her new daycare will be near my work so I don't really mind.

I currently do both 95% of the time. Occasionally my husband will do drop off, but daycare closes at 4:30, so there's no way he can do pickup. When my older LO starts school this fall we are going to have to divide and conquer with drop off.

My husband does drop off, and I usually do pickup, unless he works from home (he likes getting the happy faces). I'm about to be on mat leave for a year, though, so that might change once we get settled. It would be nice to not have to wake B up at 6.

We both do. Perks of having one vehicle I suppose, but on mornings like today I wish I had done it myself. Tantrum city.

I have always had to do both. My husbands work hours don't permit him to do it. Now that we have a part time nanny she tends to do pick ups. On a very rare occasion (maybe once every few months) my husband can do a drop off or pick up.

We split drop off depending on his work schedule. I always do pickup because it's in the middle of the day.

I do both plus she commutes with me 35-45 minutes to daycare. We actually work very similar hours and are on a waiting list for a daycare that opens up early enough for us so when she gets in there (which will probably not be til school year 2017-18) we will split much more evenly!

I do both - DH commutes 90 mins to work in the opposite direction and leaves before we wake up and gets home after us

DD2 doesn't have a spot at DD1's daycare yet, so I do drop off for DD2 and hubby does DD1. I do pick up for both. Once they're in the same place, I'll do both drop off and pick up, as hubby doesn't work anywhere near their schools.

DH does drop off, my mom does pick up. Rarely I will drop off if DH has early meetings. I have picked up when DD got sick at school a few times.

I used to do both and it was kinda a pain. Made my days very long. Now we split it up and its much better. But next year DD goes to K and we will have two locations.

I do both. D works a different shift, so he's never out in time for pick-up. Occasionally if I'm running very late D will drop-off.

I do both almost always bc dh works 8-5, and drop off starts at 8 and pick up is 2:45, so he'd have to talk time off. plus, my work is 2 blocks from daycare. we've started having him do drop off once a week or so if I am working from home that day and he doesn't have meetings right away/can start a bit late.

DH does dropoff/pickup 95% of the time because he works across the street from daycare, and I work downtown or at home. On rare occasions when he has training or downtown meetings or late meetings, I'll do it.

Right now I do drop off and pick up as DD's daycare is at work for 7 weeks. When she starts the regular daycare the husband will drop her off and I'll pick her up. It's about 2 miles from our house so not far for either of us to drive and I get out of work by 4:30 so I can get her home much sooner than DH.

i do both since dh has more strict work hours. hes on a school schedule tho so when he has holidays, he helps with pickup! dropoff is usually easy, pickup can get crazy! (aka yesterday my 1.5 yo was tantruming while i was holding him and their lunchboxes/waters to the car. i'm pretty sure i looked like a frazzled mom!)

I do it 90% of the time, my mom does it 10% of the time (she calls it the "grandma bus,") and DH does it about 5% of the time. Including today! It was Daddy Drop-off Day, and they got donuts...

I do drop off MWF. DH does drop off T, Th.
I pick up on W and sometimes M if DH can't. DH does pick up M when he can, and T, Th, Fr.
So I guess its pretty even?

I do both. My babysitter lives 5 minutes away from my work, so it would be silly to have DH do it.

I do both. DH works 35 minutes out of town..he leaves at like 6:30 and only gets home around 6:00.

Me, always me. I have a walking commute and it's on my way, so it seems fair. However, I have asked DH to help out occasionally because LO has started getting tough in the evenings, so he may start to do pick up more often soon (but still only like once a week, if that).

I do both. DH takes public transportation a 5 minute walk from our house. Sometimes I will pick him up at the station near my work and we will do pickup together which I really like!
