Mrs. Bee and I did them together for a long time... until we had Olive. Then we realized that we had to divide and conquer if we were going to survive!
If you have a LO in daycare, who is doing the daycare pickups and dropoffs?

Most often I do both drop off and pick up but that is simply because we chose a daycare close to my work in part so I could nurse him at lunch. If we had chosen a different daycare that was between our two works, likely one of us would have done pickup and the other would do drop off. My husband takes care of the dog's daycare pickup and drop off when they go once a week since it is closer to his work.

My husband does the drop off at the sitter and I do the pickup. It fits our work schedules and where we are at, during that time of day.. This is why we needed to buy two convertible carseats and we are looking to buy a new car.

When I was working, DH did the drop off and I did the pick-up because of our work schedules. I did get the better end of the deal there, because it was the highlight of my day picking up her up!! The few times I did drop her off on occasion (if DH was out of town, for example), it was tough because she was reportedly more clingy with me upon saying goodbye.
Now that we have two kids and I'm a SAHM, I do both drop-off and pick-up on my own. #2 comes along with me to drop off and pick up big sis and she usually just naps in her stroller or carrier during the walk.

DH drops off on his way to work and then I do pick up.
