I normally do, but I sent DH to the store tonight so I could have a beer with a friend! He cracks me up...spent below budget and did great, but brought home some stuff that I was like...um...really?

I make the meal plan and weekly grocery list, and email it to DH. He picks everything up on the way home from work every Monday evening. Love him for it.

I do. DH hates the grocery store and doesnt know how to cook. We'd end up with a freezer packed full of frozen pizzas if he did the shopping. If he did go, I would need to send him with a very specific shopping list.

We both do but DH often volunteers because it's my least favorite chore.

Both, together. We make a thing of it on the weekends. Go out to lunch before, and then when we're at the store (usually Costco then Giant or Wegmans) he wears DS in the Ergo and walks around the store with him while I do the gathering. He'll randomly pop up and throw something in the cart or so I can kiss them.

I do. DH also hates it and if I do send him I have to give him a list with things written out exactly. It's much easier if I just do it but appreciate his efforts!

I do. I'm familiar with the layout of the store and know what I need.
We usually go as a family, but DH entertains the kids while I speed shop.

I just started getting grocery delivery. I was really dreading trying to keep my toddler happy during a long shopping trip, and then while I had to carry it all in and unpack. It was awful. Now I pay about $8 a week to have it delivered, and just do a few small trips a month for fresh fruit or specialty stuff. And as a bonus, I'm spending waaaaay less now that I'm not making a bunch of trips, because I'm not just tossing in random tasty things. I think I'll cut my budget by 25% at least this month, even after paying for delivery.

DH does it & he's fantastic. For years I did it but since he's not working, he's taken over that chore. He enjoys it.

DH did it when I was on maternity leave. Now, we use Peapod because we can do it online and have it delivered when I work from home. It's made life a lot easier with both of us working and baby.

We both do. Sometimes we will go together but more often than not now, I'll send him during the weekend or I'll go on a weeknight after the baby is asleep.

we do it together as a family. I have sent my husband a few times but always end up with the strangest things in the shopping bags { even when he has a list } For example once he came home with 4 different kinds of pickles.

Me!
Mostly I make DH come so he can push the cart while I grab stuff and cross off my list

Me (and T). We do it on my day off (Monday) and go right after his morning nap. He likes his grocery store friends : )

We go together on Sunday mornings, but I'm starting to think when LO gets here we will be splitting up the duty. We meal plan a week at a time and have a set budget, so I don't think it'll be hard for us to go separately.

DH does the big trips, and I do the smaller ones. I used to do all the grocery shopping pre-baby, but now that he's home with the baby he does most of the grocery shopping.
