LO is only 8 months but she's a baldy. If it gives you consolation I was bald until I was three and now I constantly get comments on how full and thick my hair is.

Yes, C's hair didn't start coming in until 15 months. He still doesn't have very much. Mine didn't come in until I was 2ish and I have super thick hair.

C was born bald, but the fuzz seems to be growing a little longer. He's still pretty bald though!

@MamaMoose: haha yup, that's me too. Bald till 3 but now I have a full head of real thick hair.

@MamaMoose: @locavore_mama: Ditto! Former baldy with thick (fine) hair (I had super blonde peach fuzz until I was around 3)! My LO isn't completely bald, but she doesn't have much, and there certainly isn't enough to even clip a tiny bow in/on to! Her hair is, however, s-l-o-w-l-y turning from brown to blonde.

He finally has a little hair but people still say he's bald because his hair is lighter than his head!
ETA: I had a full head of hair by the time I was one. I dunno where he gets it.

Xander just has the hair he was born with, which wasn't very much! And he's lost it on the back of his head from all his time spent on his back! I'm nervous his hair is never going to grow!!

@MsLipGloss: haha exactly. Not even enough to slap a sticky bow on. And she despise headbands so people are always saying she's a boy even when she's wearing pink and lavender.

@MsLipGloss: @locavore_mama: Oh man. Let me tell you my kid better WATCH out once she has enough hair for me to put a clip in it. Mama will be seriously making up for lost hair bow time!!

@MamaMoose: hahahah I know! I see all these cute bows and clips. But sadly I have a feeling she won't tolerate them either. Maybe like a split second for holiday pics? Hopefully?

@Mrs. Pen: what hair she does have is a light black like mine. Which I'm happy about!

My DD didn't really start getting hair until she was 2 ... she had her first hair cut at 6 and even then it wasn't much longer than her shoulders and didn't really need a cut.

LO is only 4 months old, but she's pretty much bald. I was bald when I was born but my mom says she remembers putting ribbons in my hair by the time I was a year or so, so I'm hopeful she's going to grow some soon! DH was bald til he was over 2 years old...
Side note, people don't think she's bald, they think she's a red head, but it's totally the gross crusty cradle cap!!!! lol

At 7 months old LO only has a little fuzz. Hopefully all the hair that DH is losing will find its way to LO's head. Hehe.

DD was a baldy up until about a year. We've just now gathered enough of her little mullet to make a pony tail or piggie tails

7.5 months and still a baldy I, too, was a baldy and now have way too much hair, so I try not to worry!! I hope I won't have to wait too long for her hair to grow though...

@Mrs. Pen: wow, i saw a photo the other day and he looked like a total baldy still! look at all that blonde hair!!

@Mrs Hedgehog: DS was born with a full head of dark hair and it started falling out around 1.5 months. By 2.5 months he had these big bald circles all over his head, and DH talked me into shaving it all off (except his mohawk). It grew back in very light, and at a year old it's still really thin. On the flip side, one of my nieces was born with a head of thick dark hair...long and thick enough that she had mini pigtails in her newborn photos! And it never fell out.
