I get regular headaches a lot and migraines occasionally. I've never totally been able to figure out what triggers them, other than I definitely am more likely to get one if I am super stressed out and very tired . . . like this week while I'm trying to pack and move houses on the spur of the moment. I don't have prescription meds for them, so I take some Excedrin Migraine, put a cold cloth over my eyes, and try to go to sleep in a dark, quiet place.
