I think we both did for #1 and DH more so for #2. This was especially true once we had a miscarriage, DH was very eager for us to get pregnant again.

DH! He's 7 years older than me so his clock was ticking by the time we got married!

I'd have to say both! I love it when DH randomly says something about not being able to wait to have a LO. He text me from his work the other day and said how come everyone is just randomly pregnant in my department. We've been trying for #1, its just not working out so well. Its been just as difficult on him as it is on me.

I think you're right that I should encourage friends to talk about the good stuff! We are getting together with some parent friends in a couple weekends that are much more down to earth and like minded. I think it will help for him to spend some time around them. Maybe I will chat with the other women ahead of time...I need all the help I can get! I do think he will come around.
