I've seen so many living in New York and Los Angeles, but the biggest has to be sitting right next to Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson during a play in New York with Mr. Bee.
What about you?

Biggest was probably having lunch at a restaurant in Tribeca thisclose to Patrick Stewart.
But the one I was most excited about was sitting next to Jesse Spano (Elizabeth Berkley) in a movie theater and we started talking because we had the same Blackberry phone. I was SO EXCITED.

I work (worked) in an organic grocery store in Edmonton and the most famous people who came in were mostly hockey players. Couldn't name one for you, but my co-workers always could.
One time I saw Crispin Glover (Marty McFly's dad).. he bought a LOT of soy yogourt and tofu, and was very short. I also saw Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner filming a scene for one of the Twilight movies in Gastown in Downtown Vancouver. Wooo.

Yeah, living in NY and working in event PR I've seen a bunch. But some fun ones include Neil Patrick Harris on the subway., Gwyneth Paltrow with Apple at Dean and Deluca and Dan Aykroyd stealing one of my Altoids at a gala event.

Adam sander said hi to me one day when I was visiting DH at work (he works on a movie studio lot). I've seen Seth Rogan there too. And Josh Duhamel was coming into my clinic for physical therapy for a while.

@fancyfunction: Oh man, I forgot about Neil Patrick Harris. I saw him at Mary Anne's and I made him laugh! I had a Christina Ricci cardboard mask and I was talking to my friends as her saying, "Hi, I'm Christina Ricci and I have the largest head in the world" and he laughed so hard. I was proud of myself.

I worked at a resort in high school as a lifeguard. Pamela Anderson and her kids stayed there and were super nice! And John Tesh got hammered and busted his nose trying to go down the kiddie pool slide... I administered his first aid. My claim to fame lol. My coworkers met all the cool famous people. Not me.

I also saw Pamela Anderson who complimented me on my bathing suit, back in the Baywatch days. I went to a Planet Hollywood VIP party and talked to Sage Stallone while we sat with his father Sylvester, Daisy Fuentes, Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas. Schwarzenneger and Shriver were there. Bumped into Jean Claude Van Damme on purpose. He smelled good.

Off the top my head, the biggest was maybe Justin Timberlake on the street. In a smaller setting, Mark Wahlberg at dinner and we vacationed at the same resort as Matt Lauer and John Stewart so we saw them at every meal and at the pool/beach with their families.

Oh and my other one... I live in a city where Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel own a golf course and part of our NBA team so we see them from a distance fairly often. We've never met them though. I LOVE how much they give back to our city!

I'm lame too. I think my only sighting was Flava Flav at a restaurant in Vegas at 3 in the morning. He is super short and yes, he was wearing a clock!

I saw Cameron Diaz in big sur eating at the same restaurant. Then saw Jeff Probst (host of survivor) walking down the street in Santa Monica. Finally, saw Zach Braff (scrubs) and Donald Faison (clueless & scrubs) in Maui, eating at the same restaurant. In all cases, I was too chicken to ask for a picture.

I met Michael Chang once and I got a picture with him (youngest winner of the French Open tennis grand slam). I also shook Bill Gates' hand a few years ago.
I also got Andy Roddick's autograph before he got to #1.
And I saw Kate Beckinsale through a window.

@mrskc: loved Scrubs...guess I gotta go to Maui to see them. That reminds me, I saw Magic Johnson at a club in Maui. He said hi but I chickened out talking to him. There are a lot of stars that vacation there.

OMG I don't know how I forgot this one. Bill Cosby!!!! I was running a relay race at the Penn Relays in high school (oldest and largest track and field event in the US), and he attends every year. No one is allowed on the infield except for athletes who have just finished running and officials, but apparently celebrities are an exception. I was the last leg of the relay and crossed the line, bent over/collapsed slightly to catch my breath, and felt a hand at my elbow helping me up. Looked up...it was Bill Cosby!!!! He congratulated me. I was too out of breath and shocked to say much; he helped me up and I was ushered off the infield. Sooooooooo cool.

Obama came to our campus and I was on the elections council so we all ate lunch with him at a banquet table the year he got elected the first time. That's it.

I just remembered I saw Hilary Clinton speak in a relatively small room. Didn't get to meet or shake her hand though!
And I've met a few Canadian musicians after their shows but they aren't super famous... 2 members of Sloan and Esthero.

I met Arnold Schwarzenegger at a funeral. He was shorter than I expected him to be. I think I'd have been more star struck if the circumstances had been different.

I used to work as a concierge at a Disneyland Resort hotel, so I've seen many many celebs and their kids. I spazzed out talking to Travis Barker (I don't even LIKE blink-182), talked to Jim Caviezel about adopting a Chinese baby, and talked to Patrick Warburton for about 20 minutes about a ton of things (including how he was wearing a counterfeit watch?)!

@sunny: I have roddick's autograph too. It was the year he won the us open. At that same event, I tapped on agassi's shoulder to try and get his signature as he was walking past me with all his security. Of course, he didn't stop.
My biggest sighting was probably sean penn outside a restaurant.

@TurtleDoves: @autumnlove: the clock was the only reason we really noticed him! Probably why he does it. He had 2 skinny, young blondes with him. Yuck.

@SAHM0811: we were next to Pierce Brosnan at the Plaza Athenee! It was for afternoon tea. How funny. Love Ducasse and Telepan, too.
Oh, and how fitting that you had a SATC star sighting there! I totally had my Carrie moment out on the balcony. You may have seen the photo when you stumbled upon my blog that one time ...

Once when flying from Quito, Ecuador to Atlanta I was on the same flight as Danny Glover. It was funny, at the airport in Quito they called the names of some passengers that needed to check in at the desk for one reason or another. I heard them call Danny Glover and thought to myself "ha, that guy has the same name as the actor" when lo and behold....the actual Danny Glover stood up and walked to the desk, HA! He seemed pretty down to earth...he sat only 2-3 rows in front of me (so DEFINITELY not 1st class, ha!). I stood behind him in the customs line at Atlanta and next to him at the baggage carousel. Our bags came off next to each other, lol.
