Our son's bestie is this girl who used to go his daycare. She moved away earlier this year, but she's been visiting from Seattle this week! He was so excited that we pulled him out of his afterschool program all week, so they could hang out. He had a blast, but I'm not sure he realizes that she's flying back to Seattle tomorrow!! Thank goodness for Skype, so they can chat when they start missing each other.

She's in a new nanny share, so it's her nanny share buddy. It's perfect because we're friends with the other parents, we were all friends for years before the babies.

I feel like L doesn't like kids! She's grown up with 2 kids at daycare, and while she plays nicely with them, I don't think she'd give two thoughts if she never saw them again. Hopefully that will change with age! She is obsessed with her baby sister, but more in a big-sis way, not a BFF way

Our dog lol. He makes her endlessly happy. She can be in full meltdown mode and there is nothing I can do to stop it and if I call him over she immediately stops crying and smiles. It's gotten to the point where I've called him when she cries so many times he no longer waits for me. If she cries he goes running to fix the problem.
