Other than hospital staff and your SO, who was in the delivery room with you?
Even though my due date isn't for a long time, I asked my sister to be there. She has had four kids 
and really knows how to talk to me. My husband is SUPER squeamish so it would be great to have reinforcement.
Eta: I mean the actual delivery, not labor.

My parents came and went once I had the epidural, but always left during checks, and once I was ready to push, went elsewhere until baby had arrived and I was ready for their return. This time, they'll have DS, so it'll probably just be me and DH at the hospital. They'll bring DS later.

No one besides DH

I'll have a doula, but don't want anyone else. I may have to let my mom come in a little to keep her happy, but that's only if I absolutely have to. Thankfully my hospital won't allow more than 2 people during delivery, so with DH and the doula my mom won't have an option. (And I'll make it clear to the midwives and nurses that I do not want an exception made if she begs.)

Just DH, but there were 8 other people there-my doc, my nurses (2), the anesthesiologist, and 2 nurses for each kid. Plenty of people!

Just DH for DD, and I loved that experience. This time it will be DH and possibly SIL, I asked her take pics. A nurse took a few pics for us last time but I would like more next time:) The only other person I am putting on my list to be allowed in is my sister, not sure if she will be in town for it though.

My husband and our Doula for both births. Our hospital had a rule that only two people were allowed, and I actually didn't want my mom there. I never thought about it.

I only want my DH there for the entire process. I know I will want peace and quite and anyone other than him will probably just cause me more stress.

Just DH. I spiked a fever and was out of it and kept slapping and fussing at him, so heaven knows what I would have done to anyone else in the room

Other than staff and DH we had our doula. She attended for both of our girls and was invaluable.

With E: DH, N , my mum, and my dad. I wouldn't change it.

I was planning on just DH but my mom ended up being there too. She had flown in on my due date and I went late. We initially thought we would ask her to leave at some point but she was so chill and unintrusive that she stayed. It was kind of nice because she stayed with me while DH got lunch after my epi and she could take pictures of DH and LO right away while I was being stitched up.

I had c sections. DS1 - my DH and sister. DS2- just DH as it was moved up. My niece wants to be a doctor so I told her she can sit in for the next one if they let her. I figure that'll be a good way for her to see how squeamish she is.

I in no way want my mom in there...she would freak! But my sister is a whole different story, she is really calm and cool and said she would act as my doula. She's also very knowledgeable about breastfeeding. I decided that parents can't wait in the waiting room...they live so close to the hospital anyway and it freaks me to think of them just waiting and waiting.
A part of me wonders if I will regret not just having it be DH and I but my sister is wonderful and I am sure she wouldn't be upset if, in the last minute, I wanted it to be DH and I.
I was also present for my sister's c section so I think it would be kind of cool. -

My first baby my then Hisband was there (he literally read the paper while I labored and pushed, we're divorced), I was so glad my Mom was there.
Second was my Husband and my Mom, both were a huge help!
Third, just my Husband and my Mom is still bitter.

My mom, MIL, & DH were in the room for labor and the delivery. I'm glad they were all there. Mom & MIL were back in the corner during the final part, but still present.

@simplyfelicity: Just DH, but I wouldn't have minded if my sister was there! Definitely not parents or in-laws, though.

If we have another it'll be only SO and I so we can tell the family the sex together. Team green next round! -

I had a planned c section, so it was just DH. I think my hospital only allows one person to be there during a c section. There were a lot of other people in the room - two OBs, anesthesiologist, a med student, multiple nurses and a ped to check the baby when she arrived - its was a full room, I don't know where anyone else would have fit!

Just Hubs. I thought I would want my mom because I didn't think Hubs would be that helpful, but he ended up being so encouraging and supportive! I'm glad it ended up being just him with me.

C-section so just my DH although in regular labor it would probably be the same.
