When LO was just a few days old we left my mom with her while hubs and I went for a walk. But she was asleep and we just walked around the block so I don't count that. When we go to Mass in mid Feb we'll leave her with my parents while we have a date night. That's the first time we'll really leave her. She'll be three months. My in laws want us to leave her with them but we won't. They smoke and honestly we don't trust them to follow my rules about protecting the baby from smoke if we're not there.

My LO was 4 weeks old, we went to dinner for my DH's birthday, my MIL came and babysat her for 1 1/2 hours. After that it was easier and we started doing 2-3 hour outings. She had her first overnight with other grandma at 8 weeks, we were there at 7 am to pick her up

My parents and then my in laws. They're still the only people that have watched LO and she's 18 months old.

With my mom. We've only ever left her with my mom...and she is the only one that my LO will take a bottle from without a screaming fight.

My parents. Some combination of my mom, dad, and sister are the only ones we've ever left them alone with. DH and I are the only ones to ever watch them solo.

my mom stayed with us for the first few weeks so DH and i also took a couple of walks just us and i also went for my post partum checkup alone, but my doc office was down the street from where i live, so i was gone for like an hour. other than that, no one so far!

We haven't left her yet but we hope to leave her with my MIL after she goes to bed one night soon so that we can go on a date night, maybe for DH's birthday.

An old family friend who I used to nanny for. We had to go to a funeral and everyone I knew was going. It was only for 2 hours though.

Mom and MIL, both during the first week when I needed to go to the doc. After that week I didn't leave him again for 6 months!

My mom at 5 weeks... my mom is the only one she has stayed with and it'll be awhile before we allow anyone else to take her.

My mom. She stayed with us for a week or so after LO was born. At one point DH and I had to go look at an apartment and left her with my mom. I was nervous.....for my mom. LO was super fussy/colicky and I felt bad for anyone I was leaving her with.

We haven't yet and A is 10 weeks. When we eventually do take her to visit her family in the UK I'm not sure I'd leave her with anyone there because she won't know them.
