Hmmmm I think I'd have to go with Ross as my favorite guy Friend (some people thought he was annoying but his physical comedy slayed me) and Phoebe as my favorite lady Friend because she was so floopy

This is tough, because I think they all have redeeming qualities.
Female: Phoebe because she is always herself and doesn’t let others opinions of her mold her personality. Plus she's hilarious.
Male: Chandler because he is the funny guy, but he also has a caring heart and takes care of others (e.g. Joey) without complaint.
