My mom and MIL are both great with him.
My FIL... I would never leave him alone with DS unless MIL was there. He's an ok guy, but is clueless when it comes to babies and toddlers - never changed a diaper in his life. He also was/is an alcoholic.

MIL hands down! She is the most reliable person I know!!!

My parents. Their house is still babyproofed (my sis is only 13, and my cousins are as young as 3 and my parents babysit them regularly). AND they follow our style of parenting.
My ILs don't believe in bedtimes, or anything. They're definitely the "spoiling" grandparents.
