that babies are suppose to like to sleep!!
Running out of patience for the fighting an hour+ to fall asleep after I see the first yawn. Short naps and 2 hour, 3 hour if we are lucky, stretches at night, just isn't cutting it for me!!!

@Smurfette: If you are just wanting to vent and don't want advice feel free to ignore me! But have you tried getting her down BEFORE she shows any signs of tiredness? I do much better with my LO if I just give her an hour of awake time and then start getting her ready for her nap, regardless of whether she shows signs of tiredness or not.

Yeah . . . we've been at this for 7 months now. At this point, 2-3 hour stretches are an *improvement* . . . you will be amazed at how well you do on so little sleep!

@Smurfette: I feel your pain! DD wakes up sometimes and starts laughing and babbling... one time i picked her up and put her face to face and said babies are supposed to sleep and she giggled at me

@MamaMoose: When she wakes up from her nap, I feed her, 20 mins max, then we play for a little bit, diaper change, so that is 20-30mins, then she is yawning. So I am not sure how much earlier I can put her down. She will go down and I think she is asleep and the she wakes up crying all over again. She does this about 3 times before she will go out. She is only napping like 30 mins or so, even swaddled up.
