I think so. It's a fun age to do that sort of thing and they're super cheap so I don't see why not (unless school doesn't allow it!)

Oh, what a good reminder, thank you! Bennett is only 2 and last year I didn't think to do it but he got a couple of Valentines in his cubby, this year I'd like to give them to the other kids in his daycare class.

I'm not sure. We got some just in case at Target because they were like $3. But we're going to be in FL on vacation the week before Valentine's day. But I didn't want Declan to get a bunch of them and not have any to hand out. Maybe we'll just fill them out ahead of time and ask the teachers to distribute later in the week.

I am not sure what the plan is, last year we were asked to bring cards to school but they didn't need to be addressed to anyone, just signed by the kids. I let my son pick out a box of 99 cent cards at Walgreens, you would have thought he was sending correspondence to the White House, he took it so seriously.

@regberadaisy: Same here since his first vday was then he was still an infant and I like it better. It's different and kids can enjoy it more/differently than just candy. Might steal your bubbles idea for this year!

1st year - lil valentine rubber duckies with a tag that said "I'm one lucky duck to have you has a friend!"

2nd year - a glow stick that said " You make my heart glow"!

I think this year, I am going to do applesauce pouches, cause we have a ton, with a tag that says you are my main squeeze!
