I'm going back to work in a couple of weeks and am starting to think about how the nursing/pumping schedule will work (if at all).

I have very early work hours and used to get up at 5am just to get to the gym before work. Right now LO is sleeping either 7 or 9-3, then 3:30-6:30 or 7 most nights and am hoping this either gets better or stays the same as it feels almost reasonable.

My work day: 7:30-4:30 with a lunch break 12:30-1:30. Squeezing in sessions other than at lunch will be.. hard. Assuming she doesn't waver much (haha), how would you do it? Wake her up to nurse her at say 4:45 and put her back to bed, or pump in the morning before i leave the house? I could pump again around 7:30 while eating breakfast at my desk but then I don't get a lunch break til 12:30.

I leave work at 4:30 to pick LO up from daycare.. so then do I pump again before I leave the office? Or wait til we get home and nurse her?

I know this probably isn't enough pumping (hence my freaking out) but I don't know how else to squeeze sessions in.. any suggestions appreciated!
