I'm hoping I can do at least 3 months using leave I have built up for #2 but we will see. I would love to go back part time after #2 as well (even just 30 hours a week).

This time around will be 2-4 weeks less, I used to be able to bank my vacation time so I tacked that on to my last maternity leave, giving me a total of 14 weeks, we can't do that anymore and since #2 is due in January, I don't want to use 4 weeks of vacation at the beginning of the year so I am thinking, I will use 2 and may take 2 unpaid so I'll have 12 weeks total- I already feel guilty

I took 1 year with my first, and will do the same with my second... even if by the end i was ready to go back to work (earlier - but didn't)

No idea... I have no maternity leave so they might just get rid of me. In which case, I would take about 6 months and find a new job then.

I had two months for the first one, but thanks to accumulated vacations days and intervening holidays, I think I'll be able to take 3 months this time!

Well if I'm still at my current job with baby #2, I don't have a choice, and will take the max 12 weeks next time as well. That is he mostthe company allows (paid or unpaid.)

I will be taking 4 months paid with our first later this year in November, so long as I am with the same company, I will take the 4 months with LO #2 in the future.
