I'm an avid gym goer and just started TTC. I typically go to spin class, boot camps, and cardio/weight lifting classes several times a week. I usually wear a monitor and my heart rate routinely climbs into the 170s.
I've read that for pregnancy, the recommended upper limit heart rate is 140, which seems really low to me. During a regular workout I am average a heart rate in the 150s-160s.
Does anyone have any experience or wisdom to share? I am most likely not pregnant yet but was not sure if there may be risk factors associated with high-impact and intense workouts while TTC.
