LO has had a fever yesterday of 102 that never came down. Today he had a fever of 101 and it broke around noon to 98.4, and then has spiked up around 102 again tonight.
I'm wondering if I should send him to daycare tomorrow? Even if he is fever free in the morning, which I know generally is the lowest temp of the day, I'm concerned about later. He doesn't nap very well at daycare.
Should I keep him home?

My daycare rules are fever free for 24 hours. 101 and above is considered a fever. So if it was my LO i would have to keep her home.

Id keep him home. We generally follow the rule of 24 hours without any fever. Hope he feels better!

I sometimes fudge the strict 24 hours but yeah, if he has a fever at bedtime I would keep him home tomorrow.

Like others, we have to be fever free for 24 hours so if it were me, I'd be keeping LO home. It'll be good for him have another day of R&R.

Thanks!! I'll keep him. Daycare wouldn't care if we sent him, but we want what's best too obviously.
