Mmm...no, I wouldn't be okay with a young/attractive nanny. So many days I feel frumpy as a mom. I trust DH completely but for me, as immature as this sounds - I would feel competitive and probably jealous at times for my own reasons. I would much rather have an older woman who has grown children and plenty of years of experience with young children.

Personally I'm not the type to go for a nanny as I dont feel comfortable with people being in my home when I'm not there but if I was to get a nanny I would prefer someone experienced I dont mind if they are young and attractive.

I would not be fine with it... I'd have to deal with the insecurity of someone else caring for my baby, so I wouldn't want to add to all of that with her being younger and hotter than me. Not even worrying about Rob Sr. being attracted to her... I just would be jealous of her time and bond with the baby, no matter how strong, and I wouldn't want to add to it with jealousy over looks.

Probably not. My husband and I have discussed infidelity and why it happens. His theory is if you put yourself in a complicated situation, you are setting yourself up for failure. We wouldn't hire a young and attractive nanny because he wouldn't want to put himself in that situation.

I would have no issue with this. Obviously I would want her to be old enough to have a good amount of experience... but by her late twenties a nanny can have a lot of experience so I consider that young, and if she was hot that's fine too. I would actually perfer someone younger who would have more energy to play with my kids.

I trust my husband fully but ... hell no! I don't want to complicate my life, either by speculation of others or whatnot. An older, more experience nanny, please!

I wouldn't mind. of course, I'm biased - I'm a young and (I think?! lol!) attractive nanny. I've been nannying the same family since I was 20! never had any issues

I'm too insecure for having a nanny like that. The only exception would be if I was a working at home momma, and needed someone to occupy Cameron while I worked and the hubs was already at work. And if that was the case she certainly could not be live in.

If our personalities meshed and she was properly experienced, then this would be a non-issue for me. There wouldn't be any questionable circumstances in our home concerning my husband and the nanny.

My husband is the most honest, trustworthy man I've ever met. I have no issues with hiring a hot nanny.
