We had mellow mushroom for dinner last night and I forgot to put leftovers in the fridge.
Seemed like a waste to toss, so I nuked a slice for a minute and am eating it now.
Yummy! Haha

Ummmmmmm many years ago I went to a bachelorette party.... around 3am we were a bit.. tipsy.. and ordered pizza to our room then promptly "fell asleep". Someone must've heard the knock and gotten up, because we all woke up in the morning TOTALLY SHOCKED to see a pizza sitting on the floor of our hotel room.
You betchya we ate it for breakfast.

MMmmmm, I love Mellow Mushroom. We keep our house pretty cool at night, so I would definitely eat a slice!

@chopsuey: At the very least, I would have cut off the crust (or the *bones* according to some of my friends) and eaten that . . . MM has the BEST crust!

i wouldn't now that i know too much about food rules. pre-kids definitely!

I never order pizza with meat on it, so I definitely would. SO on the other hand, eats pizza loaded with meat.... I'm not sure that he'd eat it after it had been sitting out all night.

I wouldn't. A friend of ours had a very bad experience doing that once. We still talk about it to this day

@JoJoGirl: haha!!
@MsLipGloss: I agree. Have you had their pretzels? So good.
Probably not but throwing away MM would be so hard.

@Smurfette: No . . . Pretzels? MM uses it's scrumdiddlyumptious crust to make PRETZELS?!

If it had meat on it, I would just take that off before eating it, but yes, I would! ha!

@Smurfette: @MsLipGloss: lol if it was from anywhere else I would have tossed it!

Probably, but I wouldn't tell DH, cause he'd be grossed out about it.
My brother probably wouldn't even heat it before eating it.

Probably. I'm really bad about food... It it smells and tastes okay, I will generally eat it.

Yeah. Things don't go bad without refrigeration as fast as we seem to think it does. I'm sure it would still be 100% fine.

Yep - my family rarely put leftover pizza in the fridge when I was growing up; we would just slide the box into the oven (not really sure why) and then eat it the next day. Anything over overnight was put in the fridge though.

I'm weirded out by food stuff really easily but my husband would definitely eat it!!
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
Yep, been there, done that! D definitely would, too.

Um....we do all the time. I didn't know that wasn't normal....
I'm pretty sure everything in pizza is so preservative-laden it would take more than a night on the kitchen counter for it to go bad
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
Yes, but def need to microwave; I was never into the cold pizza thing!

@heartonastring: Yes. This. I'm pretty sure pepperoni never goes bad lol!

I read once that pizza has one of the fastest bacteria-growing rates among all food, so...no, I wouldn't. DH would though.
