I would totally pay someoneeeeee if it was guaranteed that my LO would be potty trained at the end of the 3 days or whatever

I definitely would. Potty training three was awful. I would pay if there was a guarantee.

I wouldn't! But I haven't had to potty train either...ask me in a couple of years and I may change my mind.
