I'd say most likely.

I received a letter from Santa a couple of Christmases after my dad passed. I could tell it was from him (I mean...it was from Santa...but Santa speaks in the language you're most familiar with...so it was DH's handwriting ), but I guess I also had other clues.

We leave each other notes pretty regularly since we work different hours, so we've both seen a decent amount of each others' writing.

Absolutely, we were at uni together and helped each other out with coursework so I've seen a whole lot of it. It's big, round and quite child like!

Yes. It's awful and barely legible. I would know his in a heartbeat!

Yes, I would. His writing is really tiny and all of the letters are the same height even if they are capitalized.

My husband is right handed, but holds his pen and writes like a left-handed person. He letters mostly look like diagnonal strokes with circles left unconnected or barely round and Ts or Fs left with crosses nearby. He often ignores the lines on the pages leaving his words to seemingly float on the page. His punctuation is also off with apostrophes and commas the same size as letters and questions marks so straight they almost look like exclamation points.

I would definitely recognize, coin flip whether or not I could read it though.

My DH and I have a long history if writing each other letters - we could definitely both recognize each other's writing.

For sure! He has beautiful handwriting, which I commented on when we were first dating.
