we're planning a trip to sea world and was wondering if renting a stroller is worth it. we'll probably be watching shows and would have to leave the stroller outside. i've heard stories about people stealing strollers at amusement parks and worried that might happen to us.
sea world rents a single stroller for $12 for the whole day. would you rent or take your own?

what about just putting a lock on yours? you can just get a cheapo cable combination lock or they make cute official stroller locks.

It depends if you have to bring it with you on an airplane...then I'd rent. I'd bring a cable bike lock to lock the wheels together in case you can't find a pole to attach it to. I have one on my stroller at all times, because a lot of strollers look alike.
I'd also make a big laminated sign with your name on it and attach it to the back, saw that a lot at WDW.

@kokobee: I'D RENT! I wouldn't take a $300 stroller somewhere and just leave it while we aren't looking. I'd take some wipes and clean the rental before using obviously.
ETA: Ok I just saw the locks. Those seem good too! But i'd still rent just because I wouldn't want to risk it and amusement parks are filthy. But the locks seem like a great overall investment.

I would just take an umbrella stroller (if you have one!) They're easy to fold and super light weight.
