... If you felt your boob was going to explode? Haha
She's going on 5 hours - I already pumped one side and need to pump the other but I'm afraid she'll want to nurse and I won't have anything left for her.

I never did that with C... I would just pump and then let her nurse (what she could manage to get out of both sides!) and give her the pumped milk if she was still hungry.

I'd definitely pump lol. When she wakes up let her nurse and if she still is hungry/fussy afterward I'd offer some of the pumped milk.
Your boob must hurt so bad! Mine start to get sore after 4 hours!

I'd pump! You'll probably still have enough left for her to nurse. If not you can just give her the pumped milk.

I'd pump - Aaron did a monster 5hr stretch last night AND I'm block feeding because of over active letdown - so the boob he needed to feed from at 230am hadn't been drained in about 8 hours!! Poor baby got a shot straight to the eyes. I had to lean over the toilet to hand express before I could feed him cause my pump was downstairs and I was too lazy to get it! Don't let it happen to you!!

I never woke up C (#1) once we hit a good weight gain, but I've totally woken up E (#2) to do this... guess I've gotten braver I wake him up for a while before I go to bed to wear him out some, then tank him just before bed.

@Bao: this! If its daytime I wake her to eat at 3.5 or 4 hours tops!
@lemondrop: ha, I make sure she's up in the evening to wear her out too. No way I'd have done that with J.
