Ok I need help bees, the time has finally come, we can transfer out of where we currently live ( which we HATE)....here's a little background.

DH's job supplies us with a house where ever we go, and we can move every two years or stay in a spot longer. We are currently in a very crappy location on the minimum wage for his job, we have now done the two years and can transfer.
I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and i will be a SAHM, we would really like to move before bub comes so we can be settled etc.

So currently there are vacancies available in a couple of spots that aren't the most ideal places to live but are alot bigger than where we currently are. They have better facilities... eg I wouldn't have to travel 2 hours to give birth. And the $$$ are the HUGE HUGE HUGE factor, I'm talking more than double what DH currently earns. HUGE MONEY, set us up big time money. We would only have to stay here a minimum of 2 years.

OR

We can wait and see what else comes up and move to a nicer location, lots to do, better community, less facilities and more money that we currently are earning but only by about half. BUT there is no guarantee that these places will come up for transfer....before the baby comes.. or even months after. It's a gamble.

What would you do... what would be your considerations?
