Did anyone watch the miniseries premiere last night? I have been DYING to see it, but it was a little blah. Also, it was sort of depressing.... Although seeing the smoking man smoking with a trach was sort of darkly humorous. Hoping tonight will be better. What did you think?

Yes! I agree, it was just ok. Will keep watching though, since it's only 6 episodes. I was a big fan back in high school... although looking back, I don't know how I watched it. It seems so creepy now (now I refuse watch anything horror these days, but I guess this was more sci-fi/mystery, but still creepy).

I was also kind of meh on last night's episode, but thought tonight's was much better!

I am so mad because my kids would NOT GO TO SLEEP last night. I tried to start watching at like 7:15 but they were still yelling for stuff so I finally just gave up and felt sorry for myself. It did look good though
Hope I can find it online or a repeat on TV....

@Meridian: I have been rewatching all the old seasons on Netflix and the only ones that really bother me are the creepy kid ones!!

I hope they keep getting better, I can't say I'm super impressed just yet...
DH loves them and we enjoy watching because a lot of it was filmed here in Vancouver, some just down the street from us. Its fun to spot the locations.

But hubby just went through a marathon of watching the major episodes of every season to refresh his memory. He was a HUGE filey(sp?) back in high school...
Hope I can find it online or a repeat on TV....
