4 month sleep regression?

Bottle to sleep and usually 10 hours of overnight sleep with 1 wakeup. 30 minute naps (like 5 of them....). Started letting him fuss a little more at bedtime so he learned to fall asleep around 4 months and took him out of swaddle and rock n play.

Sounds like you are doing everything right....

Terrrrrrible. She was sick for the entire fourth month, and now she's almost six months old and woke up 4 times last night. Prior to the regression, we were getting 2 wake-ups max.

However, a few weeks ago, she was up every 1-2 hours and I was a zombie. It's getting better in slow, agonizing increments.

Um, it turned into a shitshow around month 4

@Rainbow Sprinkles: sleep trained for naps at 5 months and for night at 6.5! Then it got bad again and then he started sttn at 13.5 months.

My baby's sleep at 4 months was pretty much non-existent, thanks to the 4-month sleep regression

Up until 4 months I always put her down after nursing to sleep, and she slept 8-10 hours. She was only getting up once, occasionally twice a night. Then right at 4 months she went through a couple weeks of getting up 3-5 tunes a night. At that point I decided to start putting her down awake cause it was already pretty crappy sleep. Sounds like you're already doing that. She gradually got better overnight and at 7 months she is now STTN 12-13 hours. Month 4 was definitely the worst for us, but looking back I can't really complain, I know many others have had it way worse.

It wasn't as bad as what you're going through but still wasn't fun. From 2-4 months, she STTN and then that stopped instantly. She would wake every 2-3 hours to be nursed, every night, until she was 12 months old. By the time the 2am wake-up happened, I let her co-sleep and nursed until we had to wake up for the day.

With my son, sleep was just always miserable. My daughter is just a week younger than yours and her sleep has been going downhill since three months. I do put her down to sleep when she is already asleep, but she can fall asleep on her own. Currently, she's waking between 3-4 times per night to eat and goes right back to sleep.

That was about the time we sleep trained. We started with nap training and then did the night training.

4 months we went from having a good sleeper who put herself down with a paci to a terrible sleeper during the regression. We're now back to terrible sleep in the 9 month regression.

Maybe the 4 month sleep regression? At that time we were up every 40/45 minutes like clockwork all night
