We are going to stop by a friends house this afternoon. Is it ok to just put her legs in the pool while we hold her? Not sure if the saltwater would be bad for her.

I've never heard of it being bad, but really I have no idea. Hope someone else can help!

Just keep her completely covered from the sun.

@photojane: we never put her in the water. DH wanted to wait and there wasn't any shade over the pool so I just sat with her in the shade.

I would expect she'd be fine. I have seen really little babies (well-covered) at the beach getting their toes dipped in the water when there was no surf. They have all seemed to love it!
