For the past 3 days B refuses to be put in his crib.....he screams bloody murder. He will sleep in bed with me, which is fine if I want to sleep too but I wont leave him alone in our room in case he falls.
he's been super clingy and I can't get anything done.
could his molars be bothering him this much?
please tell me this is a phase!
anyone else go through this?

My 13 month is the same. Mostly for naps. He didn't nap for over a week. He also used to not ever cry when going to bed but now he fusses for a good 10 mins. He has napped the passed 3 days after putting up a fight and not napping for long. He is getting 4 molars and 4 regular teeth and I'm praying it's just a phase/teething.
We've also had a lot of crying for 5 minutes sleep for 15 mins over and over at 4 am... Yeah that hasn't been fun

We went through this too. It took like 6 weeks to get back to normal as well as a dropped nap ( from 2 to 1). Now at 16 months the sleep is so so but the clinginess is still here. It's a really tough age in my experience so far

We just came out of this last week after almost 2 months of crappy napping (shrieking and crying and waking up after half an hour). We had a combination of first cold, bottle weaning, walking, house guests, a stomach bug and dropping to one nap. He bottle weaned himself when he was sick because he was congested and couldn't suck. It blows big time, hang in there mama!

We are going through something similar at 14 months. Screaming when going into her crib at night and clinging on me for dear life. Won't let me out her down the minute we get home from daycare until bedtime. Screams bloody murder if I even try to set her down for 1 second. I was just going to post about this today! So rough
I am thinking it is her first year molars coming through or a bout of separation anxiety/learning new skills/words.
