We had a Graco Snugride 22 for DS and it is still in really great shape. We are planning on reusing it since it hasn't expired yet and still looks brand new.
Did you reuse the same car seat for your next baby?

I hated our infant seat (it was a pain in the rear to carry) so if we had another, I would just go straight to a convertible this time around.

We refused our Graco Snugride 35 for #2. It expires next year, though, and we're not having another, so I threw it away this spring.

Okay good! I felt like I was missing something here with reusing it lol. I guess as long as all the guidelines are met and I definitely know the history of this seat it's not a big deal.
We had to switch to a convertible around 6-7 mo with DS because of the smaller weight limit on our infant seat. So, I'm assuming this baby will following a similar weight gain trend for planning purposes and am thinking we will be in the market for a convertible in less than a year from now anyways.

We reused our Britax. It was pristine until #2 abused it!

I'm planning on reusing our Graco Snugride 35 with another LO. Next weekend, my parents are bringing over a convertible car seat that's been used by my nephews. We're going to check the plastic and expiration and probably use theirs.

Yup, I loved our maxi cosi piazzo seat! It's still in great condition and well within the expiry date.

Mine was the Graco snugride 32 and it was so heavy that I got a used snugride 22 instead! But then... LMW was taller than WJ was, so we had to upgrade her to our old snugride 32 anyway! In the end, neither of them expired so we were able to sell both at a consignment sale, which was great.

Yes we reused our Graco Snugride 35. We only used it for 6 months with our first, and it had never been in an accident.

we reused our graco snugride esp because we rarely drive. olive has outgrown it now though and it's nearing its expiration mark in a year so I need to give it away!
