Isn't it amazing?! We are learning so much.
The Huffington Post has a section sharing what we've learned about HIV/AIDS in 2012. One of the most incredible things is how the cost of HIV meds for one year in 2000 was around $10,000, and it's now about $100.

I heard this on NPR this morning - super interesting. They only realized it was a "cure" because the mom stopped giving her daughter anti-viral meds.

@Mrs. Tricycle: I was a little annoyed when I read that the mother didnt do prenatal cares & then stopped giving meds a few months later. Glad that theybfound something that has workes though.
