Okay, preggos. The 30 Day Shred has their own thread going. So I thought I might start a pregnant workout thread for those of us who aren't in a position to lose any weight!
What are your workout goals for your pregnancy? I just bought prenatal pilates, did it one day and got super sore. Yikes. Last pregnancy I walked in the pool and did water aerobics, but ended up with bad SPD so I'm hoping this one will go better!
So I guess our question is, what will you gain when you...keep on gaining?
