I've talked about this in my month thread but need more advice/help
My 3 month old goes to daycare starting Monday. We've been trying to get him to take a bottle for weeks, and in the past week been trying a ton. He won't do it. He screams bloody murder you'd think we are trying to hurt him.
We've tried the following bottles: Como tomo, Medela, Avent, munchkin latch, tommy tipee.
My husband has tried, we have done various positions, I have tried myself. Hungry, not hungry, etc. I have left the house and room, nothing.
I know cup/syringe feeding is an option but it's not practical considering he will be in daycare 8 hours a day, and I need him to be able to eat without me. My office is an hour away so I cannot go home at lunch to feed him.
He breastfeeds great, and he will suck on a finger, but he won't suck on a synthetic nipple or pacifier. He sticks his tongue out and never actually sucks. I feel like if he would actually suck we might be good.
Help!!!!!!!!!
