I started the 30 day shred three days ago and I'm surprised at how sore I am already. The first workout was pretty easy to get through, yesterday was hard and right now I'm dreading today's. my question is: in general they say to skip a day of working out to allow muscles to heal and strengthen to get the most out of your workout. But the 30 day shred is set up as a daily thing so should I not skip days? Really want to skip today cause my calf is in so much pain I am having trouble carrying my son! Ahh, I'm so lame! Haha
So I would say that if you can push through it do that. I mean maybe today follow the less intense workout and take it a little easy. I know my SIL though went the entire 30 days in a row!
