Did your hit it exactly at 4 months? Earlier? Sooner?

I am pretty sure it hit a few days early, but it lasted less than a week for us.

I don't think we had a four month regression (naps have never been super consistent) but we are in the middle of a 9 month one, which started a month early at 8 months.

Ours hit at 3.5 months, and we're still going through it... but not positive if it's purely the sleep regression for this long because he's also battling a cold.

Ours never happened, but the 8/9 month sleep regression is on in full force.. Urgh!

@Mrs. High Heels: well I am wondering if the cold is keeping her up or the sleep regression. She hasn't coughed at all tonight yet at 1245 she is up for the 2nd time already. Usually she can sleep till sometime between 4-6. She is still congested. Been a long weekend, not sure how I am going to stay awake at work tomorrow..

@Smurfette: ohh man, I am right there with ya. I'm sick, my daughter's sick, and now my son is sick. Today was THE longest day ever. Hope your LO feels better soon and that the regression is short lived.

LO turned 4 months today and I'm living in fear. Naps have been horrible for two weeks but so far sleep is ok.

We had a double dip regression. A short one at 3.5 months then another slightly longer one right at 4 months. Now we are in the thick of the six month regression. Ugh!

Our started at 15 weeks and sleep has never really been the same..it got better briefly around 5 months and then we sleep trained at 6.5 months. And it's still not great, at 8 months.

I can't remember bc she's always been a crap sleeper. So it all kinda meshed together. I think it did hit right around 4 months and lasted into 7.5 months. And it was allllllll sleep.

I think ours hit right at 4 months. It wasn't too terrible, but it did last about a month of multiple wake ups each night for each boy. They had no problem going right back to sleep, but it just got tiresome getting out of bed 4-6 times each night. They went back to STTN at 5 months and now I think we're dealing with an early 6 month sleep regression for their naps.

We skipped the 4 month and had a 5 month regression. He went from STTN (10-12 hours straight) to waking 1-3x a night. Yikes! It lasted a good month! Now at 6 months old he's STTN again. Phew!

It has been on and off throughout month four, but in weird ways. She started waking up between 4 and 5am to eat, but goes right back to sleep. I'm pretty thankful it hasn't been too bad. Today she didn't wake early at all.

@Corduroy: Sorry! We had another rough night too. Added wakes up from coughing to the mix. I am one tired and sick Mom
