Okay, I will admit to thinking I had the sleep thing handled fairly well. LO is a little over 4 months old and she sleeps from 7pm-7am and usually naps for a total of about 5 hours per day. That is, until this week. This week, while she has kept her nighttime sleep the same, her naps are all over the place. Whereas she used to do 2-3 hours in the morning, she's doing an hour and a half if I'm lucky. As for the other two naps, I used to get about an hour or longer each and now I'm getting 30 minutes.

I'm assuming that this is down to the 4 month regression because I have changed literally nothing else about our routine. The only other thing I have noted is she's eating more frequently than usual.

Anyone have any advice on getting past this? I know I am very lucky to have her sleeping through the night, but she's extremely agitated and over-tired and it's tough to see her this way.
