Which ones do you eat a lot of? Which ones do you wish you ate more of?

I eat a lot of strawberries, spinach, greek yogurt, eggs, bell peppers, avocado, quinoa, oatmeal, LOTS of apples and almonds. I'd really like to eat more artichocke hearts and expand my fruit consumption out of my strawberries, apples and bananas comfort zone. I'd also like to eat more lentils!
