LO just turned 6 months old, & I picked up some 6-18 month pacifiers for her today. I still have a couple new packs of 0-6 pacis & was wondering if it's still alright to use them or if it's like a safety hazard or something?

We use soothies and its pretty much impossible to find anything but 0-3 months. We have those and one pack of 3-6. DS is 11 months old and we haven't had any problems. I check them regularly to make sure there aren't any cracks. I think it's more of a marketing ploy. Just like how they say you should replace them every 4 weeks.
