(1) How do you budget for bulk purchases? For example, if I'm only buying diapers every few months b/c I buy in bulk @ Target when there's a good gift card deal. But I haven't figured out how often I do that. Do I just let my "baby" category roll over till the month that I buy bulk so the rollover $ should cover it?

(2) How do you budget for things that don't happen all the time? For example, landscaping is only really from like spring-fall, but then spring/fall clean up costs extra. Plus there will be snow plowing here & there during the winter. I'm thinking to just keep my landscaping budget at X, and for the months that there is no lawn mowing, then that $ should cover the clean up's and any snow removal...
