Do you give your kids access to all the snacks you have for them in the house? Or do you just set out snacks for the day and when they're gone, that's it and they have to wait until their next meal?
My daughter really struggles with self regulation and regularly refuses to even try even the most normal dinners. I know that's a control issue but I just don't want there to be something too good to pass up available and encourage more dinner refusals. What do you do? What would you do in this situation?
