@ShootingStar: And yes to this! I ended up with a csection after labour stalled at 9 cm while on way over-the-max pitocin, fetal heart rate decels and maternal fever. So csection it was. And it was SO easy. Way easier than the damn Foley catheter insertion which took four extremely painful attempts and left me feeling very traumatized. And the recovery was easy as well - I delivered at 5 a.m. and was up and walking around that afternoon. I had no pain during the recovery and felt totally normal by day three. I honestly thought csections were the devil...and then I had one and realized they could actually be pretty nice!
