Was my first day back at work after maternity leave! It is hard to believe it has already been a year, as I still remember how hard it was to leave LO and how surreal it was to be back at work so clearly.

I just wanted to mark the occasion and to offer encouragement to those transitioning or getting ready to transition. It feels totally overwhelming at first but I was eventually able to get back in the groove at work and find a new normal with daycare and everything else. I work FT and have a busy husband but we are making it work little by little!
