@Crystal: No, but I'm one of those lucky people that don't have any symptoms that she's coming!! She'll just sneak up on me and I don't know until I check!

@HolisticMama: Well the gold you sent my way also came with some magic AF dust because it finally came today! I'm so relieved. I've never been so grateful for cramps.

Umm- was gonna make myself a mimosa for sat brunch and just ran across this.... Thoughts? New to these wondfo strips--- are they pretty accurate?
bananas / 9229 posts
@Lady Hibiscus: With a line that dark, you better believe its accurate!! Congrats!!! Looks like you have a champagne-less mimosa coming your way

@Lady Hibiscus: AHHHHHHH! YAY! This made my day to see! Congratulations! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months!!!!
YES! We are back in business! Keep me coming ladies.

Thanks ladies- I am a little shocked to say the least- I was really expecting to get AF this week!! Hoping it's not one of those wondfo false positive scenarios that I have been reading about on the boards!!!! I'm gonna wait to tell DH for a few days until I'm certain. I don't feel preggers-- but then again not sure what that feels like. I had cramping for the last three days-- maybe implantation as you mentioned MrsMcCarthy? I'll keep y'all posted when I test again.
pomelo / 5720 posts
@MrsMccarthy: woo hoo! And I totally giggled at your nurse outfit. You're such a good partner, DH would die if I showed up with something bedside my flannel pjs on. Haha.
@Lady Hibiscus: wow! Congratulations! I think you could probably take a FRER or a digital at this point and get a result without having to wait a few days. I had cramping both times I've been KU so that is probably what you were feeling.
bananas / 9229 posts
@Lady Hibiscus: I agree with @bushelandapeck: - try a digital! I wouldn't wait to tell DH though. It's really clear so I don't see a reason to wait!

@MrsMccarthy:
I have NO idea what the story is behind this picture, but it feels appropriate:
It also comes with a song, which I do not recommend BDing to.

@Lady Hibiscus: WHOAAAAA! Congraualtions lady! (I got so excited that I spelled congratulations wrong...and I'm going to leave it that way.)
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL LINE!!
Post a picture of a digital? PRETTY please?! They are so exciting to see. LOL.

@Aria: Oh yay! Oh yay! Now we can start hoping for a BFP soon! I wonder what this cycle will do.
Are you going to do anything different this cycle?
persimmon / 1167 posts
@Adira: I shaved all things. LOL. I'm not sure how much I liked it. I was then SO aware of CM. SO aware. I also felt like sperm got the chance to escape and I'm like..."OH NO YOU DON'T! GET BACK IN THERE!"
Coconut oil helped with any inflammation from shaving, FYI.
honeydew / 7463 posts
@Lady Hibiscus: Wowza that's the real deal! You don't need to wait a few days, I bet you get a positive on frer and digital! Congrats

I am officially a rollover. AF showed this morning.
This TTC stuff is crazy! This is our second cycle trying for our first. I have tracked the length of my cycles for two years and have been consistently 25/26 days long with the occasional 24 or 27 day cycle. Never below 24...our first cycle ttc I was so excited and then AF popped up out of nowhere---20 day cycle...first month trying?! what the heck? 2nd cycle was a 22 day cycle...so weird. Oh, well...welcome to the world of TTC, huh?
Fresh start with cycle 3!
FX and cheering for the rest of you!

@Lady Hibiscus: I would say your pretty good that's a so congrats

You guys are so sweet!!! Thank you for the adorable picture Holisticmama!!! FX for everyone else!!! I will get a digital as soon as I motivate my sluggish butt to get off the couch--- and post. Good luck ladies!!! Looking for a 9 month partner- can't wait to see some more good news on here!
On a side note-Perfect timing for the. Restoration hardware baby catalog to show up-- there is a round crib in there that I have been coveting!!! Have you seen the new catalog? Amazing.....

@bushelandapeck: thanks honey! I'm really hoping that last night was enough to get me KU because my husband and I really need a break. I may try to convince him to try once more tomorrow since ill get a second egg but Im gonna take and OPK later first and see if I'm past my surge. How is your cycle going?
@HolisticMama: hahaha that's awesome! Where do you find these things? Lately we've had to put a kids DVD on for my son in order to occupy him while we DTD so we often heard kids music during.
@Lady Hibiscus: that is not a false positive!! You are preys for sure. Go get a digital if you wanna bet! I can't remember what cycle you are on. Is this your first TWW? Oh and the crib is beautiful!!!
@eabae: I'm so sorry honey. I feel you. TTC is such a head game. I feel like I am overly optimistic and it sucks because I wish I could just enjoy it. I hope you get a Valentine bFP!
My husband informed me that I am already pregnant! He is so confident. I am more on the cautiously optimistic side. I feel a bit foolish even getting excited that I might have another first try baby but I guess ya never know. I hope we have covered our bases enough with BD. we shall see!
More BFPs!!!
persimmon / 1167 posts
@eabae: Arg. That IS frustrating. Sometimes it literally feels like our body chemistry changes when TTC. In fact, wasn't there a Dr. Phil that proved it or something? I don't watch that show, but I would believe it.
cherry / 108 posts
So bad news- seems that the positive test is not reproducible at this point-- keeping expectations guarded! Went for a run and drank a lot of water-- hoping that urine is too diluted. I'm going to test again first thing in the morning.

@Lady Hibiscus: Hm. Round crib. Interesting. That would take up quite a bit of space, right?
Would your EDD be September? There are some gals over there already: http://boards.hellobee.com/board/september-2014
HM. ETA (Edit to Add): Usually you don't get false positives. I'm going to be thinking about you all day now. My fingers are crossed and I'm hoping that tomorrow's lines will be beautiful again. Regardless- we are here for you. :: hugs ::

@mrsmccarthy- this is third cycle trying. The second was kind a waste though because I got sick with the flu right around ovulation. I hope you ladies are right.
Thanks Holisticmama- I'll check those boards out when I get a positive on a digital in the AM. Thanks for the advice all!
persimmon / 1167 posts
@MrsMccarthy: Why do you think being overly optimistic makes the TTC journey difficult?
I'm CRAZY overly optimistic to match the crazy book I'm reading:
http://www.amazon.com/Wishes-Fulfilled-Mastering-Art-Manifesting-ebook/dp/B006M9VFEI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1390072403&sr=8-1&keywords=wishes+fufilled
(Seriously. It's totally crazy. I don't recommend reading if you are religious. If you're interested in the metaphysical and are a little out there...I say, give it a go. Or pick it up from the library. His books are super popular).
I literally have been journaling every morning "I am pregnant and I feel awesome." LOL. So far it's working for me. I'm having a fun time. But everyone needs to find their own path, you know?
persimmon / 1167 posts
@Lady Hibiscus: Way to be positive. You will definitely get a positive on the digital. And we would like to see picture proof (because it's totally a guilty pleasure.)
pomelo / 5720 posts
@eabae: I'm sorry. I hope next cycle is it for you!! @MrsMccarthy: I'm hoping you get this on the first try too! As for me, nothing too exciting going on. No symptoms to speak of and no idea where I am in my cycle. If this one is normal I should see AF sometime between Weds and Fri. Given that it is my first cycle post miscarriage, I have no idea what to expect. Not feeling very positive but I'm okay if it takes another month or two. I'm trying to remember it's more time I get to spend with just LO and that helps.
@HolisticMama: I can't believe there are Sept mamas already. If this was our cycle it would be EDD of Oct.

@littlek: @HolisticMama: @bushelandapeck: thanks for the support ladies! Comforting to know I'm not alone in this journey!
eggplant / 11408 posts
@Lady Hibiscus: congratulations!! It was about time for some good news
pomelo / 5720 posts
@littlek: I have it down for Friday. I'm not in any rush to see a BFN so I figure I'll wait until AF is due (that is, if this cycle is normal-ish). If were my average cycle I would get AF on Weds.

@bushelandapeck: if this cycle works out I would be an October mom too.

@Lady Hibiscus: Congratulations!!! Your second test was diluted from the water. Looking forward to your pretty digital, and that crib is GORGEOUS!!!
grapefruit / 4028 posts
@littlek: @bushelandapeck: I would be too. ️
@eabae: I'm sorry. Stupid AF.
@Lady Hibiscus: I would test again in the morning. I'm still thinking it's a BFP!!! That crib is gorgeous.
