What, if anything, did you do if your potty trained child has an accident. I'm not talking about someone who is *just* potty trained. My 32m has been potty trained for almost 5 months. Usually if it's just a one off I sternly talk to her and let it go. But today she had two in a row! And the second one was like an hour after when she hadn't had much to drink.

That's tough. We've had a few. Sometimes it was clear she forgot, didn't ask etc. but never really just because.
Our bigger problem is her holding it too long. And then of course it's a real accident but it could have been prevented.

I didn't really do anything except remind her that she should tell us when she has to go. I used my normal voice and didn't make it a big deal but I complained to DH about it!

Hurmm.. DD had a few accidents and I reminded her sternly that we go the toilet/potty.
M is sick so maybe that's why she had a couple accidents?
