Did you do a lot of activities when you were younger?
I didn't but my older brother did. He had scouts, soccer, piano, karate and some other stuff. I had piano lessons but nothing else..I remember thinking that my mom (dad worked abroad)was too busy so I didn't push it.
I want to make sure my kids (not just LO 1) get involved in activities that they enjoy!

I played softball, piano lessons, art lessons, band (clarinet), and was an alter server at church. I was a Girl Scout for years too.
My brother and sisters activities were even more demanding. Both my parents worked full time, too!

Girl scouts, gymnastics, soft ball, and cheerleading. I also participated in equestrian competitions (hunter/jumper & dressage).

At times I did brownies, piano lessons, acting classes, ballet (ever so briefly), soccer, art, and horseback riding. I feel very lucky that I was able to do so many fun and enriching activities, but there is no way we'll be able to provide our daughter with all of that. We both work full time, and can't take the time to shuttle DD to so many activities. We've talked about letting her do one activity at a time. She can either stick with the one that she chooses for the long term, or switch around throughout the year. It's up to her.

Not a ton- I mainly focused on piano and violin lessons in high school. I loved volleyball and tennis but didn't have an opportunity to play.
I want LO to have the opportunity to do whatever her enjoys as well!

I did piano lessons, dance, band (middle school), and tennis (high school). In high school, I also was on the yearbook staff and involved in national honor society.

Girl Scouts, cheerleading, dancing and orchestra/private violin lessons were my main activities growing up.

Girl Scouts, piano lessons and Drill team.
I *wanted* to do cheerleading, but my mom wouldn't let me, so apparently Drill team was my substitution... not so equal if you ask me! I ended up loving it though

No, just piano. I never really knew you could do activities. All my friends just got to do piano as well!

Yes - piano, ice-skating, drawing, tennis... But I never really stuck with anything so I'm not good at anything lol!

piano and cello. in elementary school I was a cheerleader and played basketball.
in jr high I played softball, basketball and volleyball.
