It's been awhile since I've posted here, but I was wondering if you could help me trouble shoot for some activities for a very energetic 17 month old? I want to get him involved in a sport or activity, but all the ones I am interested in do not start until closer to the 3-5 age range. What activities do you do with your young toddlers that really help expel that extra energy?!
Some ideas we had were gymnastic classes (some of these do start at 18-24 months in my area), martial arts, and ice skating lessons. We have done swim classes in the past. Thanks!
